Meet Samantha Furlough
Head of Customer Success at Advent Resources
Samantha Furlough is the Head of Customer Success at Advent Resources, where she leads the company’s award-winning support team and ensures every dealer client receives timely, reliable, and expert service. With a career rooted in customer experience, Samantha brings more than a decade of hands-on leadership in service operations, retention, and training to her role.

Samantha began her career at American Customer Care, a large-scale call center BPO, where she quickly advanced from Customer Service Agent to Program Trainer and ultimately to Senior Team Leader. In that role, she led a 20-person customer support team and managed key accounts for Guthy-Renker brands including Wen Hair Care, Proactiv, and Meaningful Beauty.

She then joined EverGrow Marketing, where she managed the sales and customer service teams, developed training programs, and introduced multilingual resources to expand the company’s market reach and improve customer engagement.

Before joining Advent Resources, Samantha served as Customer Service Manager at Smoke Free Technologies, later acquired by Turning Point Brands. Promoted to Sales Operations Manager, she collaborated cross-functionally with Marketing, Procurement, and Business Planning to launch impactful campaigns and improve operational efficiency. During her tenure, she led initiatives that boosted online ratings from 2.6 to 4.5 stars, reduced abandonment rates from 20% to 3%, and drove a 15% increase in overall sales revenue.

Today, Samantha applies her customer-first mindset at Advent, leading a support organization known for its responsiveness, proactive service, and dedication to dealer success. Her team plays a crucial role in delivering the industry’s most seamless digital sales experience through Advent Advantage.

Originally from San Diego, Samantha now resides in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband, young son, and their family dog. She enjoys photography, travel, and preserving memories through scrapbooking.
