I don’t think my relationship with Advent could have been any better. It’s a company that stood behind what it said it would do. And, the service has been better than probably any vendor I’ve ever done business with.
In 1996 we made the decision to take Advent on because ADP had probably the products we’d ever, ever, ever tried. They [ADP] sold us something and it didn’t work.
After our year was up with ADP, we switched to Advent, and it was probably the best move we’ve ever made. Advent has simplicity. It’s a program that you can train someone on very easily. It’s something that you don’t have to take 50 tests to learn how to use. It is just the best system out there
When someone comes to work for you they can instantly become proficient with Advent
If there is a problem they will take care of it Even if they dont agree with you, they’ll take care of it. It’s just been a great relationship and I hope that it goes on for many more years.
I would refer advent to any dealer because of the level of service that I’ve gotten from Advent. I think it’s a great product, it;s always growing. The product continues to get better every year and continues to grow. A lot of other companies just aren’t on the same level.
