Advent has done the same with Wholesale Vehicles.
We’ve developed this unique online program that allows wholesale car buyers to purchase off rental cars so think of it as Amazon for the wholesale vehicle marketplace.
The dealer can see Hertz Inventory, use a shopping cart environment to process an order of vehicles and submit to Hertz the order request for approval. That’s it.
Currently it is deployed for Hertz under Hertz Dealer Direct. This year Hertz will process in excess of 50 thousand wholesale vehicle transactions using the platform.
Dealer Source also has an arsenal of tools like CRM component for internal users of the system which handles contact management, sales assignments, order processing, order approval process, funds and payment tracking, and the vehicle delivery process control.
